Most organizations lead from Revenue – they have to make the money, and have the capacity to make the money (buildings, programs, etc.) then they need people in support the revenue. So, we flip it. Because if you don’t invest in your people first, you won’t have the capacity to drive revenue across organizations because if people burnout they leave. So, no matter what capacity you have set, if you don’t invest in your people first, your revenue will suffer because you won’t have the people to serve in your capacity to drive your revenue. In either case, both roles demand a wealth of expert domain knowledge, solution-oriented thinking, deep active listening, refined interpersonal skills, unbiased analysis, effective communication, and transformation expertise.
